Today’s post was actually inspired by the ghee Blogger Challenge that is currently going on until June 21st. The objective: Take a photograph of at least two of the items from the Summer Essentials Hunt (which is awesome, by the way, if you are looking for some high quality cute summer clothes on the cheap for 10L). This post is a bit bittersweet – it is likely to be my last one featuring my avi in the skin that I have worn for the last year. More on that in an upcoming post 🙂

My confession is that my first time visiting ghee was on the day that I had decided to do the hunt. And, to my great surprise, I found a ton of really cute clothes that were totally my style – vibrant textures and colors, clean lines, and beautifully made. Needless to say, I think I bought almost everything in the store… 😉 And, because of that, I couldn’t resist showing off the dress that I’m wearing, which is NOT included in the hunt. I’ve always wanted to stretch myself and become a diva (ahem), and I thought this dress fit that attitude perfectly. The dress actually helped drive the direction of the shot… a dress like that needed to be on a fabulous shopping trip. So, I hoped on the SL TP plane to Venice with my alt in tow, and accumulated a few items, and found a great café with huge cappuccinos.
