There are few things that are more spiritual than a stroll at midnight. I’ve always been fascinated by the stars at night, and fortunately, in my RL, I live far enough from the city to actually get a true glimpse of the stars at night unimpeded by the intrusive downtown lights. I can remember many nights looking up into the sky and wondering about the other worlds that are out there. That fascination – and the name of this new dress by ghee – inspired me to get as close to the heavens as possible.

Moonlight is one of two newly released formal gowns that embody the current midriff trend. It features an off-the-shoulder top that is embellished with glittery sequins. It also features a full silk skirt that is textured beautifully with sequins around the waist and a slight train and comes in multiple shades: Amethyst (which I’m wearing); Emerald; Ruby; Sapphire; and Onyx.
