A couple of months ago, my computer did something funky, and somehow I lost all of my teleport history in my Firestorm viewer.  I’m one of those people who rarely does landmarks and instead relies on teleport history because I loathe to add yet another item to my burgeoning inventory.

When I found that I lost my ability to get to the place where I shot the photo for this post, I was sooo sad and upset with myself.  I couldn’t remember the name of the sim for the life of me, but only knew that it was one of the most beautifully done sims and was so perfect for photography.  I took photos on location there for SL Fierce magazine and was impressed that they even allowed rezzing on the sim to allow for people to rez poses, which is indeed rare.

So, when I was styling this dress and a good friend of mine offered to teleport me to a sim that he thought would be perfect for the shot, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that he brought me to the sim that I thought I’d lost forever.  Wanderstill is one of those hidden gems in SL where the creators have really made an oasis for the photographer’s soul as well as a quiet hideaway for exploration.  The builders have switched the sim over to Spring, and it is absolutely stunning with all of the beautiful flowers.  I encourage you guys to check it out if you get the chance – it is really a treat, and you’ll definitely see some more shots taken from there in future posts.

And… my friend was right (though don’t tell him I said so…)  – it was THE perfect place to photograph this new wedding gown from Armony called Dreamy.  This beautiful gown comes in two pattern options – paisley and flower – and has a gorgeous sweetheart neckline with a cute flower belt that accentuates the waist.
